    Cash is the only acceptable form of payment.
Goods transferRegistration card and proceeding book are given on-site at the conference venue. Note that the print-out of the Confirmation E-mail should be brought to the symposium.
Cancellation
Refund Policy		Cancellations will be accepted until March 15, 2011 with a refund of all prepaid fees less a handling fee. After this date no refunds will be given. Notice of cancellation should be submitted in writing by e-mail(office@babe2011.org) or fax (81-3-5361-7091).
